Help, locked out of my account

Writing this from a newly created account. It’s been a while since I last logged into, now I find my password does not work, I tried the password recovery form but do not get any message. Tried the Account Recovery form but I do not have proof of ownership. I have an email from 2008 with a 32 character string which is not accepted. My account was created in 2005 but I do not have earlier emails.

What can I do? I can write from the associated email and my twitter account is configured on a widget on the sidebar, I guess those would be my proof of ownership.

    Please advice.

    Your password has been reset

We recently discovered your login credentials in a list of compromised emails and passwords published by a group of security researchers. This list was not generated as the result of any exploit on, but rather someone gaining access to the email & password combination you also used on another service.

For your security, we have temporarily locked your account (kurazaybo).

Until you reset your password you will not be able to access your sites:

To request a new password and regain access to your account, please click the ‘Lost your password?’ link on the login page and follow the instructions.

It is very important that your new password be unique – using the same password on different web sites increases the risk of your account being hacked. Now would be a good time to go through all of your online services and set distinct, strong passwords for each.

Once your password has been changed, we strongly recommend making your account even more secure by enabling Two Step Authentication under the Security section of your Profile menu.

    Hi there!

Don’t worry, as you still have access to your email account, it shouldn’t be too difficult to reclaim your account :)

First, try to use this password recovery form:

If you don’t see the reset email in your inbox, please be sure to check your email’s spam folder.

Let me know if you have any trouble regaining access to your account.

By the way, this is the Spanish support forum. Next time, if you want to ask questions in English, I’ll recommend you to visit this other one:

My problem is I am not getting the reset email, I must have tried dozens of times and have searched in my inbox, spam folder and filters. I tried with this account, which is linked to a different gmail account and I got the message with no issue.

As for the language, I am actually in Mexico, I just assumed english. I guess I’ll stick to it so as to not make this more confusing.
